a fair stay at the hotel
i liked the spacious room. the bed and pillows were so comfy. very clean, and staffs are accomodating, too. i think they very helpful.

The beach had easy Access. The staff demonstrated friendliness. The room had generous space. I found the stay relaxing.

the staff were very helpful during check-in, especially ms luz, she arranged a surprise room decoration for my little one's birthday and ensured our queries were answered promptly, which i really appreciated.

the hotel is near the grand mosque. a pleasant promenade features coffee shops and restaurants. taxis are necessary for other attractions, though cost can add up during longer stays, that i realized.

breakfast included many options. there were plentiful choices available that suited varied tastes, I noticed. Afya restaurant offered excellent lunch and dinner service with really good dishes that are very tasty.

the hotel had a private beach. deckchairs were easily accessible that helped. the swimming pool seemed an appropriate size , i felt. complimentary fresh water was available at both pool and beach.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet and dinner options were good. it is close to the city, and the grand mosque is a short drive away. traffic did not affect my trip much. i liked it a lot.
the reception worker was very rude to me. i booked a room for two adults. i asked for an extra bed because i booked by mistake. he did not help me.

faulty thermostat high cost
The location was acceptable.
The room thermostat did not work, so the room was too cold. Opening the balcony doors let bugs in! It was also expensive.

The staff was AMAZING! They ensured we had a wonderful stay. I want to give special thanks to Luz, JM, and Justine for their excellent hospitality and attention to detail. They really made a difference!

The breakfast offered a rich continental selection that was perfect to start the day. Lunch and dinner at the Afya restaurant were EXCELLENT! Compliments to the chef for the excellent meals.

There is an enchanting private beach with deckchairs always available, awesome. Fresh water is provided freely both at the pool and on the beach. A Venice-style water canal can be traveled for free with an abra boat!
